The monochrome works beautifully in this photograph.
Thank you for your positive words…but today my eyes are a bit critical in that the monochrome is a bit rough for me.

Thank you…this morning my eyes are telling me that the B&W image is a bit too rough and that I should have walked away for a bit before posting. Patience is not one of my strengths.
What a stunning image! Soft and delicate in colour but so striking in black and white. 🙂

More “tenderness” in the colour version….while the monochrome stands out neatly…
