    1. Laura, I found myself enthralled by the young girl’s freedom to be with the water. The two toddlers…I was enchanted by the dynamics of their relationship. What may have made this different…it was the second time I used a Sony rx100 III for street photography?

      1. you captured that feeling so well Brenda – in your hands, the Sony is evidently made for such moments.
        p.s. Have missed not having a pocketable compact camera since my Ricoh went bust but its either that or another lens for the Lumix – still thinking about it!

      2. I am mourning the break down of my Ricoh…I did send an email asking if repairs were a viable option…no response. I heard rumors that there was to be an new release…yet can’t seem to find any firm note on their blog. Tried a Lumix, not for my aging brain.

      3. be good if Ricoh compact returns – it was such a good camera. Lumix is not too challenging though the technicalities of photography often seem a step too far for recall
