Great image. Theme is good. I recall there was a Nat Geo Photographer and film maker. He was due to be ‘cabin/snow bound’ for a 3 month editing spell. So to make sure he got out each and everyday he set himself the challenge that for 90 days he would go out with one camera, one fixed lens and take just one shot each day. The series was published in Nat Geo and was fabulous made you think that the discipline made you look but also think before you pressed the button. 🙂
Just came back from a walk…dove-gray sky so the light is very soft. I noticed how everything seemed desaturated which brought out the reds. Beautiful.
Wonderful shot, Brenda.
Thank you…I often find myself searching for single trees in a landscape.
Breathtakingly beautiful shot.
